You may act like you hate migrants but your wife loves to eat strawberries; your kids love having fruit snacks; and you enjoy your steaks on the grill.

You may act like you hate migrants but you love going to that ethnic restaurant; pretending to speak the language; loving the food and that right at home service.

You may act like you hate migrants but you wanted to build a new house; or your house needed a new roof; or you needed to repaint your house.

You may act like you hate migrants but you needed that patio; and a new pool for the summer; with a beautifully a manicured landscape.

You may act like you hate migrants but you needed your yard mowed; and your house cleaned; and your babies cared for.

You may act like you hate migrants but you need that highway finished on time; to speed up your commute; taking their labor for granted.

You may act like you hate migrants but you need them to get the work done; that the average American won’t do; while preventing economic contraction.

You may act like you love migrants but they risked their lives seeking a better life; and for all they contribute to society; you give them zero equity in return.

You may act like you love migrants but you fail them when you speak out against them; calling them horrible names; treating them as disposable.

You may act like you love migrants but for all the times they were there for you; they deserve better and they deserve more; than America willingly gives back.

You may act like you love migrants but you exploit their willingness to work; to simply put food on their table; you would treat them like dirt.

You can act like you hate migrants but America, she depends on them; and Lady Liberty, she wants them; and Americans, well, we need them.
